May 30, 2025: Mission trip of NULP team to Ternopil

On May 30, 2025, Dr. Martyn Sozanskyi and Dr. Yurii Hrynchuk, NULP, in cooperation with Dr. Andriy Banya and Dr. Tetyana Pokynbroda, the members of the Department of Physical Chemistry of Fossil Fuels of the Institute of Physical-Organic Chemistry and Coal Chemistry named after L. M. Lytvynenko National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, visited TVHNPU, Ternopil, Ukraine and attended the Laboratory experiment on Phytoremediation of diesel contaminated soil by M×g supported by biochar received from M×g waste biomass.

In total, 12 soil samples were collected for Quantitative analysis of soil microorganisms and 12 soil samples were collected to study the phytotoxicity and dehydrogenase activity of experimental samples contaminated with petroleum products.
