Virtual Training 2: “Exchanging Knowledge Gained During the Project Among Young Researchers”

The second Virtual Training within the NATO Project G6094 took place on October 9, 2025, hosted by the team from TVHNPU, Trernopil, Ukraine. The event gathered 52 young researchers, PhD candidates, and Master’s students from twelve countries, including Ukraine, the Czech Republic, Canada, the USA, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Kazakhstan, Ghana, Nigeria, Lebanon, and Turkey jointed the event on-line/off-line.

The training aimed to strengthen collaboration among early-career scientists and to share knowledge and experiences gained during the project’s implementation. The interactive program featured three discussion panels moderated by representatives from UJEP, TVHNPU, and NULP. Participants explored key project outcomes, reflected on the professional competencies they developed, and exchanged ideas for future cooperation.

Young researchers from partner institutions presented their research results achieved during the first two years of the project. The final session focused on building networks for continued collaboration, with participants proposing joint publications, follow-up research initiatives, and potential twin partnerships to support future scientific exchange.

The event highlighted the enthusiasm and growing expertise of the young generation of researchers contributing to the success and sustainability of the G6094 project.
