December 12, 2025: Project Progress Meeting 10

On December 12, 2025, Project Progress Meeting No. 10 was organized at UJEP. The meeting summarized the results of Milestone 4 and focused on the preparation of Project Progress Report #4 and Project Financial Report No. 4. The event was held in a hybrid format: the team from the leading institution, UJEP, participated in person, while members of other teams (TVHNPU, NULP, NULES, RMC, HC, KazNU, ZU) joined online. In total, 17 participants attended the meeting (6 team members in person and 11 participants online).

Prof. Pidlisnyuk, NPD, opened the meeting and informed participants about the requirements for preparing the reports that must be submitted to NATO Headquarters by January 26, 2026. Considering the Christmas holiday period, she asked Co-Directors to submit their team reports by December 20, 2025. The newly appointed accounting assistant, Mrs. Luidmila Lackova, UJEP presented the requirements for the Financial Reports. Thereafter, each Co-Director provided an overview of the team’s activities during Milestone 4 and the goals achieved.

In the second part of the meeting, Prof. Pidlisnyuk presented the tentative agenda for Training 3, titled “Circular economy application: by-products of gasification and pyrolysis as amendments in advanced phytotechnology,” scheduled for March 19, 2026, at UJEP. She also introduced the Guide created within the project “Utilisation of Miscanthus advanced phytotechnology for revitalisation of post-military land,” which has already been published in English version and will be available on the project website upon request. An identical guide in Ukrainian version is expected to be issued by the end of 2025.

The next Project Progress Meeting is scheduled for May 15, 2026.
